LinkedIn for Nonprofits Resource Hub

When LinkedIn set out to launch a dedicated hub for nonprofits, the goal was to make it simple for organizations to discover the most relevant tools, insights, and success stories. I partnered closely with design and client teams to shape the information architecture and build the hub from the ground up.

The result was a guided four-step framework that led nonprofit professionals through resources tailored to their needs, whether exploring case studies, accessing webinars, or finding product guidance. My role centered on user experience: ensuring copy, structure, and navigation all worked together to make information easy to find and apply.

In addition to the hub itself, I contributed to the launch campaign by creating social content and a video that amped up awareness and drove traffic.

By balancing clarity with warmth, the hub became more than a resource, it became a place where nonprofits could quickly see how LinkedIn could help them grow, connect, and make an impact.
