Google Home Lifestyle Email Series
When Google Home first landed in living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, users needed more than a manual, they needed to see how it could fit naturally into their lives. As Lead Writer, I developed a weekly drip email campaign designed to do exactly that.
Each edition centered on a “moment” from starting the morning with news and commute updates, to converting measurements while cooking, to creating a soundtrack for family dance parties. This storytelling approach moved beyond features to show how Google Home could become a helpful companion in everyday life.
By blending clear UX prompts (“Just start with ‘Ok Google’”) with warm, scenario-driven narratives, the campaign guided millions of new users through discovery, adoption, and delight. The result was a product education series that not only introduced functionality, but also built lasting habits around voice-first technology.
