Google AI Student Email Series

As part of a six-part CRM campaign for Google AI Pro Student plans, the goal was to make AI feel less intimidating, more useful, and genuinely relevant to everyday student life.

The email series explored themes like studying, note-taking, career prep, creativity, and “adulting,” using a lighter, more conversational tone designed to resonate with younger audiences without feeling overly branded or corporate. While another writer led the primary copy development, I supported the project through editing, messaging refinements, modular content strategy, emoji and visual tone selection, and UX-focused feedback across the series.

A major consideration was flexibility. The emails were built as dynamic, modular templates that could adapt across English-speaking markets, including ROW variants that adjusted idioms, phrasing, and cultural references for broader global use. The challenge wasn’t just writing engaging CRM copy — it was creating a system that could scale internationally while still feeling personal, contemporary, and native to the audience.
