Google Assistant Pixel Welcome Series
When someone first unboxed a Pixel phone, the magic of Google Assistant is one of the first things they’d encounter, but only if they know what to ask. To guide new users, I created an onboarding email series that introduced the Assistant through three simple pillars: helpful, intelligent, and playful.
The “helpful” edition focused on practical everyday tasks like scheduling events and booking restaurants. The “intelligent” edition highlighted features such as finding transit routes and getting news updates. And the “playful” edition showcased lighter moments like playing music, showing photos, and adding fun to social gatherings.
By framing the Assistant through scenarios that felt approachable and human, the series helped new Pixel owners build habits quickly, turning curiosity into confidence and ensuring Google Assistant became part of their daily routine.
