Google and Nest Retail Training Materials
When new Google and Nest devices hit the shelves, retail associates are on the front lines of helping customers understand their value. To support them, I developed a suite of training materials, ranging from Google Slides decks and one-sheeters to flash cards, emails, and social content, distributed through the Google Retail Training program.
My role was to take highly technical product information and reframe it into conversational, easy-to-use tools that gave associates confidence on the sales floor. Each asset was designed to feel approachable yet authoritative, ensuring ambassadors could both learn quickly and advocate effectively.
By simplifying complexity and weaving in clear benefit-driven messaging, these materials not only educated associates but also helped strengthen product advocacy, ultimately making launches more successful at the retail level.
