Google Retail Training Newsletter

Between major launches, retail associates still needed ongoing guidance and inspiration to keep selling with confidence. To fill that gap, I created the Google Retail Training Newsletter, a monthly email series that combined seasonal hooks with practical tools.

Each edition centered around a holiday or timely theme and included a mix of sales tips, product spotlights, and recommended training courses. The goal was to keep associates connected to the brand and up to date on shifts in Google’s product lineup, without overwhelming them with technical detail.

By blending timely storytelling with clear, actionable takeaways, the newsletter helped sustain product advocacy, kept training top of mind, and ensured associates were always equipped to deliver the best customer experience.
